Shipping & Packaging
Each DenzHeart is handcrafted in the artist Margit Denz's studio in Dornbirn, tested, and shipped only after a careful final inspection. Shipping is available worldwide in specially developed packaging tailored to the porcelain's properties. Stability, protection, and an aesthetic unwrapping experience are paramount.
We use only high-quality, recyclable materials with shock-absorbing inner padding. This ensures that every heart arrives intact – regardless of distance or transport method.
Shipping is carried out by reliable partners – depending on the destination region and desired shipping method:

Within Switzerland and the EU, delivery times are usually 3–6 working days.

Worldwide deliveries take up to 14 working days , depending on the region.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt—hassle-free.
How to return:

Notify us of your return
Please send a brief message via our contact form or by email to rueckgabe@denzherz.de with your order number and the item you wish to return. -
Package the item securely
Ensure the item is unworn, undamaged, and ideally in its original packaging. -
Send the item back
You will receive the return address after notifying us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. As a small label, we currently cannot offer free returns—thank you for your understanding.
Refund:
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 7 working days using the original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Margit Strolz-Denz, Denz-Herz, Knie 23, 6850 Dornbirn) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
